LesNounous is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy, as it is very important to us. This Privacy Policy provides information about the data collection and use practices of LesNounous. This Privacy Policy informs you of our privacy practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected online and how that information is used.

1. Personal Information
Personal information is information that can be used to identify specific persons (for example; names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and related information). In general, you can visit us on the Internet without telling us who you are or giving us personal information. However, in order to improve our service quality, it may be necessary to ask for personal information to fulfill your requests and provide the best service possible. LesNounous is entitled to take measures to validate the authenticity of personal information you provide. LesNounous will not disclose your personal information to any third party, other than staff and/or sub-contractors of LesNounous, unless your direct consent (written or verbal) has been given.
2. Collection of Your Personal Information
To serve you better and understand your needs and interests, LesNounous collects, exports, and uses personal information with adequate notice and consent, along with required filings with data protection authorities, when required. A requirement of personal information could be requested for any of the following; when you place an order for services, request information, subscribe to marketing or support materials, enter contests, sign up for an event or seminar, participate in customer-satisfaction surveys, offer quotes or testimonials about our services, or apply for a job at LesNounous, we will ask you to provide personal information to complete these transactions. The types of personal information you provide to us on these pages may include contact information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address; financial information such as your credit card number; and other unique information such as user IDs and passwords, billing and transaction information, service preferences, contact preferences, educational and employment background, and job interest data. If you are applying to become a sub-contractor of LesNounous, we may require FEIN number and banking information to fulfill payment for your services.
3. Use of Your Personal Information
The information LesNounous collects to understand your needs and interests helps us deliver a consistent and personalized experience. For example, LesNounous may use your information to:
- Assist you in completing a transaction or order for service
- Communicate with you about products and services
- Provide service
- Update you on new services and benefits
- Provide personalized promotional offers
- Select content to be communicated to you
- Allow you to participate in contests and surveys
LesNounous does not disclose any personal information provided unless required by a staff member working at LesNounous or sub-contractors of LesNounous who may be assigned to your project. Specific information will be disclosed only when required to complete an assignment requested by the customer. Our staff and sub-contractors are obligated to use your personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy. We will give you the opportunity to choose your privacy preferences regarding the communications we send.
Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card information and other sensitive personal information required to process a credit decision is not used for any other purpose by our financial services providers or LesNounous and will not be kept longer than necessary for providing the services, unless you ask us to retain your credit card information for future purchases.
4. How We Share Your Information
LesNounous will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to others except as described in this Statement.
LesNounous will not share the personal information you provide to LesNounous with non-LesNounous third parties without your permission, unless to:
- (i) respond to duly authorized information requests of police and governmental authorities;
- (ii) comply with any law, regulation, subpoena, or court order;
- (iii) help prevent fraud or to enforce or protect the rights and properties of LesNounous or its subsidiaries;

5. Children’s Privacy
LesNounous does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and does not target its websites to children under 13. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
6. Your Choices and Selecting Your Privacy Preferences
LesNounous gives you the choice of receiving a variety of information that complements our products and services. You can subscribe to receive certain product- and service-specific information and also choose to receive LesNounous general communications. We give you a choice regarding delivery of LesNounous general communications by postal mail, email, and telephone.
You can make or change your choices about receiving either subscription or general communications at the data collection point or by using other methods, which are listed in the following sections. The personal information you provide us is stored on computer systems located in controlled facilities, which have limited access. Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments and are not used for other purposes. As part of real-time payment processing, LesNounous subscribes to a fraud management service. This service gives you and LesNounous an extra level of security to guard against credit card fraud and to protect your financial data.
